This ensures that the client(s) and their community at large are full participants in their learning program toward achieving meaningful success outcomes. Rapport building is one of the most important aspects in collaboration. Taking the time to not only understand the needs and wants of a client but also the client’s interests and passions in life will create the foundation for a collaborative practice based on trust and mutual respect.

Coach: Qi Creative believes in a coaching model that thrives on helping clients build their capacity to achieve meaningful success outcomes. A coach not only helps others be accountable, but also influences them to continue following the individualized success program plan. Ongoing modelling, observation, knowledge sharing, plan modification, and constructive feedback are necessary coaching tools used towards helping clients achieve their meaningful success outcomes.

Qi Creative combines its strength-based “outside-the-box” approach with evidenced-based practice to create individualized success program plans that fulfill the needs/wants of the client. Celebrate: Qi Creative believes that focusing on positive success no matter the size, can nurture a person’s spirit. A mindful reflective practice, as well as documenting positive results can attract more positive reinforcement for teams to follow success plans. Qi Creative also believes in the 80/20 principle in that 20% of action can lead to 80% of results, and that celebrating wins can help a client shift their focus from problem-based to solution-based thinking. Qi Creative encourages teams to be, do, have, and give their best and celebrate life along the way.
