October is Occupational Therapy (OT) Month and OT is one of the main elements of our practice that supports families across the world and specifically here in Alberta to create and celebrate their awesome.

Hugging sounds easy–wrap your arms around another person and squeeze! However, it is not always that easy. Hugs can be given and received differently by everyone.

Celebrate Pride month with gratitude and look toward the continued and ongoing work required to support inclusion, respect, safety and love for those who are most marginalized in our communities.
