Emily is a speech-language pathologist with a deep passion for empowering families through parent coaching, neurodiversity-affirming practices, and sensory-based play and therapy. Originally from New York, she completed her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology before immigrating to Canada in 2019.

Her clinical approach is enriched by additional training in gestalt language development, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), PODD (Pragmatic Organization Dynamic Display), and feeding and swallowing support. Emily is deeply committed to amplifying the voices, preferences, and emotions of the children she works with—always creating space for them to express their authentic selves.

Her therapy emphasizes social-emotional development, co-regulation, and autonomy, with the understanding that meaningful communication is grounded in connection and respect.

Outside of her professional life, Emily is a proud mother and dog mom who enjoys music, gardening, cooking, sports, and spending quality time with loved ones.
