With a strong focus on client-centered care, Karen emphasizes the unique strengths and interests of each individual she supports. She understands that being active and achieving success can look different for everyone, and she partners closely with children and their families to set and reach personalized goals. Karen is especially passionate about adapting sports, recreation, and movement activities so that every child can experience fun, inclusion, and meaningful participation.

I can tell how much care and consideration has gone into building a team that is passionate, knowledgable and - of course - creative. I have been so inspired from talking to and observing everyone on my shadow visits that I can’t wait to get started contributing to such an amazing team!
